Making black chocolate isn't easy, but here is our way. Super easy to follow for all your desserts. Flavoring does not change, still super yummy and enjoyable.
1. Melt Guittard dark chocolate in 30 second intervals until chocolate is completely smooth.
2. Add Black Chefmaster Liquid Candy Color until you reach the tone of black desired.
Note, make sure its liquid candy color not food gel. Food gels will destroy your chocolate. Food gels is meant for royal icing, frosting, meringues, and much more.
