The autotransformer windings are 100% aluminium but the sticker on the finished product says it's 99.9% copper

That connector "crimping" with a hammer is atrocious. Otherwise quite nice production process for the conditions.

This manufacturing style is called "hard tooling", each machine is punching or bending the sheet in a fixed way so if you want to build different products you either need to allocate a machine to each product or, as seen in this video, you need to use several simple machines. Each one of them only makes a portion of the required job, then use several machines to get the combination of holes and bends for the specific product you need to build. This is totally obsolete on western manufacturing plants. On our factory we use two linked automatic machines to produce a steel electrical equipment box like the one on this video. The first machine is feed large sheets from a robot, cuts them in smaller pieces with a laser beam and makes all the hole punches. The following machine does all the bends, the output at the other end of the machines is a complete box ready to be painted. This is a "soft tooling" process, the machines are driven by a computer and to switch between products you just select a different program on the computer.

@@K2teknik. K2 you are right, hammering cannot provide enogh contact surface area, but consider their broduction backgrounds and the overall quality especially when compared with other local manufacturers. Sure their products cannot pass any international standards today, but what could you expect from local factories? The philosophy there is "useable" instead of world wide market.
