That's kind of what I want to know...are the ancho chiles the most mild? I want to make some cheese enchiladas like this but not too spicy. Love your channel btw! I made the tostadas with mashed frijoles y puerco tonight for dinner. They were so good! Thx

Judy Zuniga if you want to make them non spicy you can add a couple of tomatoes or you can use New Mexico chile pods they usually come in a green bag, you can message me on any of my social medias and i will send you the picture of it ☺️

Claudia Regalado got it! Thank you! I usually just make them with Chile guajillo but it’s never too late to try them differently 😊 I just don’t like them spicy so I’ll keep the Chile the árbol out 🤗

I made these for my husband and when he took his first bite, he looked up at me in amazement and said "My cousin made the best Red Enchiladas, TILL NOW! These are official" Thank you for the recipe 🥰 it made my day to see him enjoy it

I made these last night and they were delicious!!!! Not to mention my husband was very impressed when he came home from work and saw me putting them together 🥰

I made beef and cheese enchiladas this weekend using the sauce from this recipe. I tripled the recipe since I wanted enough sauce to mix in with the beef and then baked the enchiladas in the oven with it. Came out so so so good! Boyfriend said it was the best enchiladas I ever made. Your recipes are always on point!

However i stuff mine with a boiled shredded chicken which i also marinate and cook in the sauce, and place them in the oven to get them a bit crispy and top them with chopped lettuce onion, sourcream, queso cotija and avacado 👨‍🍳 🤌🏻 ❤️‍🔥 thank you again 🤩🤩
