Sorry it's been so long since the last video guys! I really appreciate the love from all the hundreds of commenters asking where I've been this whole time. There's no singular reason to the slowdown but part of the problem has been the amount of time that gets invested into some of the videos. It can take quite a long time to make just a presentable 10 minute clip if there's a lot of content in there. Going forward I want to try experimenting with some new types of videos which will hopefully be a bit quicker to make in order to keep content going. And of course, I'll be finishing off with the Teddy series too. Thanks to everyone who's stuck around, hopefully we'll be seeing more of each other once again :)

One tip I have learned for experience when your making your first game. Never plan. This may sound stupid. But never plan. Make things you know how to make and are simple for you. Not google for hours to figure out one mechanic. Another good thing that happens is your game come out creative. Being creative is super head because when you really like an idea from another game. You tend to want to remake it. So if you keep learning you will keep adding things into your game. Remember no one in the world starts out knowing how to instantly code. My first projects were terrible. But that did not cause me to give up.

Honestly true, trying to find how to do something always leads to wasted hours of searching and my games have been significantly improving each time I make one and such

Why
I use wiki so much I have a google shortcut for it, it originally taught me body movers and now wiki give me big brain and I made a turret ( wiki awesome but some times it confuse me like with collision groups but that is why people like gnome code exist it so useful )

I'm glad to see you're OK! If you ever need any breaks, don't be afraid to take them, lol.
This actually helped a lot, I’ve been making games trying to find kits so I don’t have to code and now I might be able to to something bye my self.

Fantastic to hear you found it useful. If there's demand I may consider doing a full length series covering everything.
this sounds like such simple advice, but it is SO USEFUL breaking down things into tiny steps can help make a daunting task into a simple, piece of cake. cake is nice, so is this advice :]

Best way to learn I'd say is do the peasfactory basics and advanced course. Then download versions of a mechanic you want and try to understand it by making small changes. Try to follow some tutorials in which the person actually explains why they're doing things. Like Gnome. I always look at several different solutions on both KZread and developer forums. Well... I guess watching this video first before all that might be even better because it goes into practical fundamental fundamentals -the most basic assumptions explained. Thats good. But basically - eventually i think what's really fun and helpful is frankensteining scripts to do the exact behaviour that you want. Comparing different ways that people try to achieve the same thing really helps
tysmmm I was in roblox studio for 10 hours and i was doing nothing this really helped me

So, if I make a code that spawns in a part, it will have: a volume of 8 studs^3 and is a mid-grey colour part like it is normally, I would assume. If you make the colour (255, 0, 0), then it will have the same dimensions but the colour is bright red. Essentially, if you do not give any information on a part and how it will be configured, will it just be a default?
i like how ur dog is just made out of cylinders lol!
