Just an observation: the thing with malignance's magic pen is that you have to do E2 after the R for it to be worth it, R cant be the last spell in the combo (the slow from E is nice to keep them burning in the area too) So the combo is Q>E1>R>AA>E2>AA Instead of the regular Q>AA>E>R>AA
