HOW TO MAKE ANIMATED ARTWORK ON STEAM | FREE | FULL TUTORIAL | 2024
This will be a full guide on how to animate your steam profile and create a custom artwork showcase, featured artwork showcase, screenshot showcase, or workshop showcase! We will be going through cropping the backgrounds, animating a character, and preparing for steam upload.
Note you will need Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop to follow this tutorial step by step! You can use other software, but it may not be as easy to follow.

I know this vid is a month old, but I've hit a snag following your advice, because of Steam's restrictions (not your advice). My name is 8 letters, and Steam only allows 7 achievement icons across in a showcase. "NEGATIVE" has become "NEGATIV". Do I have to change my name, or is there a work-around? I've been following your advice so far, and both my wife's and my profiles look 10,000x better in just a day, thanks to you. KUDOS!

only downside is that you got to fit wallpaper to your gif/character
