Thank you so much! I just made a black one by hand (needle & thread) which goes perfectly with the smart keyboard and back cover. Now I know my $99 pencil is secure, without worrying about any magnets getting loose...

Thanks a lot for this - it works great! I was torn between this one and the “headband method”, but found this to be much neater. I do not have any sewing skills, so I had to do it by hand - it’s a bit crooked, but it does the job!

Also you can use fabric glue (: might not be as secure but it is very strong. I suggest E6000 glue

I asked myself 'why would you need a pencil for an I-Pad', then realized it was a STYLUS not a pencil! Duh! Simple but very practical idea / project for todays' techies!

It isn´t easier to just buy an Apple pencil holder?

If you don’t have a sewing machine just use like hot glue or super glue
