Finally a proper Adana kebab with a lamb; salt and pepper only. In Europe, they mix other spices and vegetables into the mince as Adana Kebab.

hello, the chief warned us about this. However, we had to use that board to get a better shot. We cleaned the board well. :) :)

He let the chili pepper in water for a while. But be carefull, don't use too much water...

Adana is delicious but it looks quite tricky to prepare. I think it might be easier to just make the mixture into little burger patties?

You need to wet your hands when putting the meat on the skewer.
Raw meat and fresh salad on the same cutting board, nice. I am sure it tastes heavenly but you take a bit of a risk.

Adana'da yedim kebap bol bol, açıkcası daha iyisini Antep ve İstanbul'da yedim. Saygısızlık etmek istemem ama benim tecrübem bu yönde oldu.

Nice, but not easy to make here in Europe. No supermarkets I know sell "lamb tail fats" - and without this key ingredient is the recipe close to useless.
