It may work a little better if you just turn on the fridge first for several hours with the fans off, let it come down to refrigerator temp, making sure you have temp control set to highest setting so the fridge is good and cold 38 degrees at least, then switch on the fans. Another thing that may make this work even better is to put shelves back in, and place several bottles of water on the shelves. If turning the temp control all the way up alliws box to cool a little below freezing, then the water bottles would freeze allowing for more cool air. Again you would have to turn off both fans for 24 hours or so to allow bottles of water to freeze. Just a few suggestions you could try.

When fridge will be kept inside the coil that gets heated will not allow romm to get cooled as it is required

I think one air inlet fan will do. You can avoide Out let fan. For air out flow you can make holes on the fridge door. You can avoid cost of outlet fan and it's working electricity charges.

You can keep the Fridge in the balcony out side the room and have a 6 inches PVC pipe to the room through a hole in the wall or window. Then condenser problem is solved.
