Had the nicest day today went for supplies at HD and didn't have enough, had to put the shellac back. This gentleman came up to me and gave me the shellac I had put back as a gift. I want to say thank you very much if he's from around here.

Great video. I’d like to see you not cut away to do things off camera, but rather hyperlapse or timelapse through the process. I wanna feel like I’m there. Thanks. Also, you forgot to include the link to the second bit he used. The “profile bit” he called it. You listed the first and third bits. Can you please list the second.

Have you tried using app tape instead of packing tape? App tape is used with vinyl sign application. Can be clear or a see through white paper. Comes in many widths.

as a signwriter. (and former CNC operator) I wouldn't suggest using the clear application tape, it's thicker and would just tear, packing tape is the way to go.

wonder why the big switch to water based finishes ? went to get some more of my favorite marine varnish (BEHR) and am told they no longer produce it, why do you prefer water based clear ?

it is very difficult to get the fumes out of an enclosed workshop which would be detrimental to your health. Whenever I use non water stains, finishes I usually go out into the open but... who knows where the fumes travel.

when using the V groove to take out bulk material, why use the technique that gives it that honeycomb affect? why not make the valleys of the cuts smooth and flat? is that just a look you like or does that 90 degree V groove bit have limitations?
