To be honest, I didn't even come for the butterflies but rather,for the design at the side that makes it look like peeled layers. I've seen it generally but didn't even know the name to use when searching. Thank you for not skipping over that part and even though it wasn't your focus, it still gave me an idea 👍

Gel colours are best, you can make this cake without using air brush , though colour will be slightly different but look will be gorgeous like this !

Cuz the whipped cream have a lot of humidity and when it touches the fondant or the rice papper these materials absorb the humidity and get's soft till the point to get collapsed.
