Motors are 12v 200 rpm and power for the motor driver u could give 9v or maximum 18v in some cases

Yes it will blink when given command if that happens and then also it doesn’t work that means there is insufficient power supply.

Everything is connected and but nothing i happening when we give commands can u please send me total circuit diagram, urgent pls i dont have time, thank you.

Try using 150 rpm motors

Make sure you have set the right port number and board and make sure you have removed the Rx & the Tx pins from arduino while uploading
