Add some home canned garden tomatoes, and you would have my Mom's version of Swiss steak in her old school pressure cooker. It was one of my favorite meals, served with hot biscuits, corn or home canned beans, and a big glass of sweet tea with mint leaves!!! I do it once and a while, but there is only me now, so hard to use it all. Thanks!!!

Chef it is so funny. Yesterday was my 3rd year anniversary and my husband said he was in love with my cooking before he was in love with me. Funny thing is I could not cook at all and my mom was on vacation the first time I cooked for him so I followed your video step by step with every ingredient down to the brand you were using. I have cooked for his mom on holidays using your holiday recipes and she thinks I am a phenomenal cook and calls me for recipes at times. My mom and I giggled afterwards because she is the only one that knows I learned to cook from you off youtube. Thank You!!!!!!!

Believe it or not chef, I won an Instant Pot last year and never used it! How crazy is that? I misplaced the booklet but can download one. Do you have a tutorial on how to use it? The meat preparation is great. I would have had the green beans with rice or the green beans with potatoes. Double carbohydrates is not healthy!
