1. You need to lubricate all the gears 2. You need stronger solder joints. Simple and nice. An alternative to the expensive motors, that you can customize (12V, 24V, 48V).

From where can I get these motors and its gear parts
Good stuff man, those gears look amazing. Maybe you could add the links to the description so we can buy them too. Another thing is working with some temporary clamps and mounting the motors on a larger plate so gear meshing is more accurate. Tot lam 👍
May I ask you, which of your projects is more robust, this bevel geared example or the previous one using a bike chain ? Many thanks.

Too much vibration in axle. Version 2 was much good as compared to this but this spur gear can improve the performance of axle .you can fix this by replace the centre bolt. Big fann👍👍👍😀😀

High rpm is better than big motor, compare a 5kw DC motor vs 5 1kw grinders in series

well built. but powered by 12v is a joke, they get max power at 18 volts + and also have 4 hooked up

What name Type model gearbox?
