Components required for this project,
USB port male
USB port female
Voltmeter 0-30v dc
PCB ( Vero board )

Nice project
I think your volt meter is faulty. When phone starts fast charging the voltage should be close to 9V or atleast more than 5V but in your case the voltage is not exceeding the 5V level.

It's just to check usb port, not for fast charging
مجھے فیکس 24وولٹ والا سرکٹ چاہیے آگر میں اسے 30 وولٹ دوں یا 20 وولٹ دوں وہ سرکٹ مجھے صرف 24 وولٹ ہی دے
