@@ayomipitti2408 it’s fine couscous you can find it in any Mid East food markets although there are a few different textures that are avail however the most effective one would be a finer texture and you can also use semolina which is found in most international aisles of grocery stores but your best bet to get the right kind would be any Mid East food market
