How to make a throw pillow from scratch.
In this video I share with you the process of making a throw pillow from scratch. Started from making the pillow insert to the making of the actual pillow cover and putting both together. If you’ve ever wanted to make your own unique throw pillow and you didn’t know how to go about it, this video is for you.

Thank you for sharing your knowledge with me, it is well appreciated. This is one of the best video I came across in learning how to do this project. It is well explained and I understand it very well. I will like to know what else can you use to put in the throw pillow if you cannot get the fiber. Also, I would like to see how you put on a zip on a dress or skirt. May God bless you in everything that you do.

Thank you so so much Theresa & amen to the prayer ❤️🙏🏾. I’m happy you find it useful. If you’re in Nigeria, some people use cut up foam pieces but I’m not a fan. I’ll advice you buy fibre or buy a ready made filling if you want. I have a video showing how to install zips in a skirt (you might have to skip to the end) kzread.info/dash/bejne/haOBz8ixhMfQf7w.html or this kzread.info/dash/bejne/eWugq9Jtdbm6m5M.html

Seeing as it’s been done in your family, you’re better off asking one of the people who did it or witnessed the making process. Oh that’s a difficult one; I’ll say factor in the entire cost of production (including the sewing thread, Labour etc). Then also factor in your brand…. What do I mean? if your brand is positioned and perceived as a luxury brand, you can get away with charging for luxury. It’s all about getting your brand positioning right.
