Nice salad my friend.. I make a raw-vegan (soy free) pad Thai... in big bowl, 1/2 cup pure coconut milk, 1 heaping tablespoon Almond butter, 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seed oil, 1 pressed garlic clove, 1 teaspoon Coconut Amino (for soy flavor), 3 finger pinch seasalt, pepper, and dash (to taste) of cayenne (for heat).. Then i take a couple spirulized zucchini, and hand full of baby spinach, kale or what ever dark green you have on hand.. Toss and enjoy. I got an award for my recipe in culinary school. Hope you enjoy.. Congratulations on your marriage. :)

You need a big bowl to mix all up easily Work on base first - chop greens in bigger chunks especially salad leaves Next Cabbage should have thinner slices than salad leaves Radish greens, baby kales can add more texture Cut tomatoes with sharp knifes. Add enough of them cut in cubes . Mix with leaves Then add peas removing tips and tails and cutting in smaller pieces Greens of garlic finely chopped Give a nice mix everytime you add an ingredient Add corn OneCucumber with skin cut in round slices or any shape you want One carrot in flower 🌸 shape by taking v slices out of the length of the carrot A coloroby tastes like apple+radish. Grate it. Can add celantro, basil or mint leaves for aroma Add some edible flowers like mustard flowers in the end to garnish Dressing:- Four" s "one" b" flavours should balance Sweet Sour Bitter Salty Spicy Extra virgin olive oil + lemon+salt+ basi or Dill is already in (bitter)+ tsp of honey.nutritional yeast+ black pepper. Mix in jar with lid thoroughly. Pour dressing at ghe time of serving. 👍

Most probably, i would hold the cucumber and tomato and just do the greens and store them for a week. Add the cucumber or tomato to the portion i will be eating on that day . Squeeze my lemon and olive oil as well only when i am eating them. Saves time and the leaves keep longer. Thanks for the storing idea. Never crossed my mind to do that. Less time in the kitchen.

Beautiful Salad!! I used to make a fruit salad for breakfast and vegetable salad one for lunch and one for dinner the size of yours daily for years. We were not vegan but we were vegetarian. Some vegans do not eat honey. My sons also had fresh raw goats milk. I started this after my second son was born. Not drinking cows milk my first son never had a cold or ear problems again. I was a raw food mom too in the 80's and 90's and have been a raw food advocate for years. Loved your family's book about traveling and eating off the land. It is 3:30 am and I am salivating. You remind me of my younger son. He also has a wonderful garden for his family and he is a great example to his kids.I used to run the community garden. Thank you Sergei I need to eat better and I am glad to see your rawsome salad. One thing I thought was we did not use a lot of Kale back then but used beet greens, Swiss chard, and I usually chopped everything including the stems pretty small with my small kids.So I was glad when you said you compost which I should have assumed. I also made juices but could buy quarts of fresh juices before they outlawed it like they did in Dr. Norman Walkers day. I talked with Ann Wigmore on the phone sometimes one time she was in Mexico and started making an avocado soup she told me about, and Dr Walker's wife right after he passed I talked with her a few times and she sent me his funeral service obituary, I friended your mom, Kulvinskas, and Dr Cousins (who came from my area) on My Space, also Matt ? and his I think ex-wife, and David Wolf and others. Used to belong to a great living foods group online but they shut down. I really need to be healthy again. I have never subscribed to any one so you are my first. I have seen your videos awhile ago. I liked and will subscribe. I heard someone say something about a star after the subscribe button so I will look for that. Thank you again. I am sleepy but loved becoming familiar with real food again. You are a wonderful teacher. It truly is living food. I read some of the comments and I don't know why there are so many trolls on the internet and youtube these days but the less toxic toxins ingesting people the better. There was an onslaught a few years ago for something Meryl Streep said a few years ago and I had never seen anyone called all the horrible names on KZread they said about her and I have heard others say they are getting horrible comments. I don't know what show this is from- maybe star trek but I like the saying-Live long and prosper. Have a wonderful life. Good night . : -)

Am a Septuagenarian from a Southern Province of Luzon, Philippines, a Mom to five kids & a great fan of vegie salads with improvised dressing.... using leafy greens from the fridge, as well as young tropical eggplants, okra & string beans also with carrots, celery stems & turnips. I don't put tomatoes in my salad & yes cucumber is great. Love your use of radish flowers for garnish. For my dressing I use calamansi juice instead of lemon for my sour element, for bitterness the young tropical vegies had it, sweetness from turnips & carrots & yes salty from a bit of salt & spicy from the fresh ground pepper. My day is made having this combi in my meal, though am not a vegetarian, but rather a trying hard healthy eater! Your salad though is super yummy!

This video is the absolute best!! Like many others, I was wandering around KZread one day and I came across this particular video. It was a long time ago. I watched the whole thing and loved, and loved the salad dressing part. I had all the ingredients in my kitchen, whipped up a dressing, and have NEVER gone back to the bottled junk again!!! Did I say NEVER - that's what I mean. Another plus is making my own dressing saved a nice chunk out of my grocery bill and I don't have to hunt through a mountain of dressings with endless shelf life industrial oils/emulsifiers/invisible herbs/a mountain of salt and goodness knows what else. Now when I serve salad to my friends, they love it, can't stop eating it. Of course, they all want to know about the dressing, what is in it. I gladly share the mixture. Of course, I couldn't remember your channel but recently I went through my library and found your saved channel. I promise to share it with others!!! Again, thanks soooooo much, you are the best!!!😄👍💯

Before I went to grade school I was taught how to make my way around the kitchen with my mother and grandma. My beginning was snapping beans at age four! BTW our salad container was exactly like yours 😁 Your salad was a symphony of color, smells (fresh tomato), texture, beauty and variety! My large family is just as concerned about the salad as the entree. This was truly a million dollar salad! Every now and then I would slip in a new or different ingredient to keep up our salad standard! One time I decided to use fresh pineapple tidbits. I watched as they started eating and the response was immediate, they loved it but it took a few minutes for them to realize it was pineapple! This is the first time I’ve seen your video I heard you talk about the compost and I wanted to know if you have videos of how to gardening and starting up a greenhouse?

This is not a recipe video.. this is a master class for salad making.. We Indians actually make one traditional recipe.. it looks like a dressing and has the actual combination of flavors you mentioned.. We use neem flower for bitter, raw mango and tamarind for sour, honey for sweet, green chilli for hot/spicy, salt.. we also add bananas .. its all raw and its prepared on every Indian new year ( every state has a different new year though) which represents all flavours in life..

I have just discovered how to quarter Red Capsicums, spray them with Olive OIL, and bake them in the oven for 30 minutes. Transfer them to a plastic container with lid on, which makes them easier to peel. Such colour and sweetness. Love the Dressing to play with.

Then he put the bowl back in the sink and slice more vegetable on top of the board , where he had just had the bowl sitting. The sink holds as many germs as your toilet. He contaminated the surface of his board several times with the bowl he kept taking in and out of the sink, and cutting more veggies on that same board.

Mine look very much like yours although I do add egg, sometimes cheese or some meat. Always have onion, usually red and I have found within the last year or so that I love lemon or orange salt.
