NEW (and better) marble track tutorial: • How to make a STEEL MA...
Today I revived an old teenage hobby of mine... making tiny rolling ball sculptures! I remember working on it for days. Now it was just a matter of hours. Really enjoyed doing the thing that started it all.
I use 1,5mm galvanized steel wire.
The form tool is just a random piece of aluminium, you can use anything round!
The steel balls are 12mm
any question? leave them below! Ill answer them

That is some genius level simplification right there. Very well done.
Fantastic. How does the magic hammer trick work on the rings exactly!?
Hi there, i like the way you had presented this art of making steel track. The music is also great, Suits the situation with backgroud noises which had done justice to the job. Its a great presentation.
Such a seductive video. No nonsense.
No matter how hard I hit my rings with my mallet they all just stay 1 peice and go everywhere

Thank you for sharing your precious know-how.
Thanks for sharing your techniques. Very helpful. My biggest issue is bending the finished track into loops, etc. without breaking off the cross pieces.
Nice work there
So good I will try to build it with my son😀
Great work bro ❣️
Hey man, thank you for sharing!
wow.. so nice! good idea..
Great videos bro
So cool, how far apart are the rails and how wide are the semi circles
Very good.

I need some advice on how to get those bends for the curves. I’m using 14 gauge wire and when I bed it around a curved object it never holds the shape like in your video. Any tips?
for this galvanized wire what type of tin do you use? is it any special tin?
Very nice I love watching mechanical videos thx for sharing. I was wondering what size ball you are using also the wire type and size thx. I might make one for my self thx.
Hello ! is it possible to use your circuit with glass marbles or is it a lot better with metal marbles ? thank you for your hard work
What type of motor are you using?
Do you have a quick way to straighten the coiled bulk wire?
Magnífico !!!!
Easy enough. What kind of solider is best for galvanized steel?
That soldering iron station looks so retro and almost star wars style it's ace.

How did you determine the motor and gearing for the uplift?
Also, what kind of soldering iron are you using? I’m using a 40w one and find that I can’t easily get a strong bond as and confidently as you

Pero no se ve que tipo de soldadura aplica, la de estaño con cautín no parece práctico para alambre galvanizado.

Cool cool but what is the background music is?
i cant find a wire like that on the web, the wires that come up in the search result are more steel ropes which are very flexible and not suitable. What do I have to type in to ebay to find this?
Please tell me how to make the steel 2.5 mm straight😓😓 I can't get it straight.. kindly help

Stick one end in a drill, grab the other end with pliers. Spin the drill and use the pliers to move the two ends as far away as possible.

I found using a vice to hold the other end had much better results when using 14 gauge wire.
