It’s not actually “soap” as it doesn’t contain lye. It’s a surfactant based cleanser.

Interesting! Have you broken down the cost to make these and any idea on what they would sell for? I'm assuming they would be gentler on the hands versus a solid coconut oil cp soap but I am concerned about cost. 🤷♀️

Thank you! No, I have not broken down the COGS on this particular product. With the exception of the essential oil, the rest of these ingredients are pretty inexpensive. You would have to charge a little more than a commercial grade soap from the grocery store though. But the environmental impact is so minimal!

That's something you really need to do yourself. Depending on where you purchases supplies, it'll change costs. And YOUR market will determine selling prices. HtHs

Come on! This is adorable. Your packaging!! Two questions, about how big did you make your pucks and what size is the ramekin? I never know how big to make these. I also prefer the sci way rather than the coconut oil kind. I love the ramekin idea. I also wonder how long it would survive on a soap deck? I think at some point it will crumble and so the ramekin is probably best. Thanks!
