I've got perfect steady 37.5C in the incubator, but the surface of eggs varies between 36 and 40 ... What should I do, should I chace any specific egg surface temp? Please reply, it's been now 22 hours since placed, 17 hours since reaching optimal steady temperature

All musts on hatching are complete BS... I was following the "expert" instructions on my first hatching and I've got like 30% hatchrate... Later I changed the strategy for the next hatching. Guess what, I broke all the so called rulel and I've got a 90% hatchrate - Some of them - Don't drop bellow 37 ( I went a couple of times to even 34), Chicks die when 39 reached...WROOONG I went to 41 and above atleast 3 times. Use a fan inside the incubator and don't bring outside air...I installed just the opposite and only used it when needed to equal the temperature differences inside. Hatching chicks is not a rocket science as we ware told. Oooh don't do it, its difficult, it's not for everyone... No, it is simple and everyone can do it. I didn't even bought an incubator, I made one from scraps.
