That was awesome with 3 layers of rhinestones in 1 press. I have a project I’ve been working on and this will make it so much better. ❤❤ Thank you for sharing 👍

Thanks! We love to share our hacks and figure Matt has been making decals, shirts and other items for about 16 years--he likes to show how to avoid some of the common 'pitfalls' when working with rhinestones or other materials. Glad our Live Training showed you a new way to do this! And if you can, please join us for the next Live, Monday night starting at 8pm EST. I love that Matt will ask questions to see if anyone can determine the right way to do something or what the next step would be. It's helped so many learn and really retain how to make items. :) Let us know if you have any questions--we're here to help! -TRW Pilar

Is that program on coral? Do you have to set it up a certain way when you do from scratch the design?

Hi there! Thanks for watching our replay. We host these free trainings every Monday night, starting at 8pm EST I believe that BC is PST? If so, 5pm for you. The coupons we post in the Lives are valid 24 hours, but when you are able to attend Live, you also are in the running for the different giveaways at the end of the training. Hope you can join us! -TRW Pilar
Hello Mr TRW You're someone who answers our questions I would like to know why can't you cut faster when using a CB09 blade in a cameo 4 if it's a professional cutter blade and it's the only difference between the industrial machine and the crafting machine
@TheRhinestoneWorld

The blade is not the only difference between a professional vinyl cutter and a crafting machine. The biggest difference between the two would be the motor. A professional vinyl cutter uses a Servo motor, while a crafting one has a Stepper motor. The difference in motors is similar to comparing the motor of a lawn mower against the motor of a high performance sports car. A Servo motor runs significantly faster than a Stepper, plus has much more consistency in the cuts. Hope this explains the difference between the two machines and why changing the blade will not change the speed a crafting machine can cut. Let us know if you have other questions. Thanks for watching, -TRW Pilar
Yup oh my yup 😅😅😅😅

Glad you caught the replay from the Live Training. Have you been able to join us during the Live? We do these trainings every Monday night, starting at 8pm EST. The replays are great, since we can go back and watch them, again. But Monday nights are Amazing and fun! Hope you can join us! -TRW Pilar

haha smart thinking! I've used a pool noodle or pipe insulation to prevent things from falling into "the black hole" behind my work table. We'll have to share the idea with Matt. ;) Thanks for watching! -TRW Pilar
Random Question: what's a good htv for 88% polyester 12% spandex mix?
@TheRhinestoneWorld

First, do the droplet test and see if it's coated. Drop some water from your fingertips onto the shirt. If it ufo hovers and beads up, no vinyl will likely work as the fibers are coated and sealed. If it sinks into the material after a few seconds, or instantly, then you're good to go. We like Easyweed Extra. Here's a video talking about it: kzread.info/dash/bejne/aIdppJN9pNDYe6Q.html And here's the link to the vinyl: www.therhinestoneworld.com/shop-siser-easyweed-extra -TRW Crystal

it does seem to sink in, thank goodness! it's an old navy active power soft go dry top. I was sure it was going to bead when you said this, but it actually seemed to sink in. I see on the sister reference guide the extra isn't listed for spandex or polyester, but you're saying it should work? I trust you! @@TheRhinestoneWorld

and it's actually 77% polyester and 23% spandex for THIS top. those specs were for a different top.

Hi Brooke! I'd helped TRW Katie with one of your emails yesterday. Pressing a poly blend can be tricky, since the heat press can leave marks, so we always drop the pressure a Lot whenever we press to poly shirts. We also have a Fabrics Guide on site, to help you know what you can and can't press to or what materials work best: www.therhinestoneworld.com/fabrics-guide Hope this helps! -TRW Pilar
What graphtec is that ?

That's the 15" ce6000-40. We used to sell it, but Matt saw that there would be wasted material if you had to cut wider vinyl. We carry the 24" ce7000-60 on the site. This way, you are not wasting a few inches of vinyl every time you cut a design. ;) Let us know if you have any questions. -TRW Pilar
I cant get one of them bling brushes .....ours all have bloody wheels on lol

LOL I promise, try those darn wheel brushes and you're going to think they're not so bad. BUT...if you'd like one of ours, we have them on the website: www.therhinestoneworld.com/rhinestone-brush-monster Have you made a multidec decal before? I did put a couple on our cars and yes, the htv fades in the sun. I didn't mind, but I would warn customers to have these on laptops or tumblers rather than on car windows. ;) -TRW Pilar

@@TheRhinestoneWorld hey matt i just checked your brush is going to cost $47 dollars in shipping 😱😱😱😱

Shipping is set by the various carriers and we don't make a dime on shipping. All shippers have raised their prices a couple of times over the past few years, unfortunately. We run sales on materials quite often, which can help offset the cost of any shipping. -TRW Pilar
