Thank you this is what I was looking for in making a plywood door for my wardrobes. Without using a Pocket Hole Jig as I don't have one. Plus, I always wanted to know how to make a door the old fashion way.

I love this.. I bought an old home (built in the 1930s) that has seen some renovations that left me with a bunch of awful cardboard torsion box style interior doors, until I saw this I had resigned myself to either paying out the nose for solid wood doors new, or to spending every free moment out trying to source appropriately sized antique doors... After watching this two weeks back I am already three of five doors in, and my technique has improved with each one. Thanks!

@Don Perkins The first one did, because I didnt have a truly flat assembly area. However, you know what makes a perfectly flat assembly area for doors? Two of the crappy doors I was replacing, put one on the sawhorses and glued the other one to it, head to foot, every door after that has come out perfect.

John, do you have more videos planned for this channel in the near future? Really enjoying your knowledgeable and sometimes out-of-the-box approaches. I also find that this channel always has stuff that's easy to relate to since everyone's familiar with houses.
