А то что этот пояльник не может разагреть эту скобку видно же прям на видео, когда он поднгсит её к пластику скоба красная и она мгновенно остывает, это значит что он её разогрел горелкой и приложил! Получается красиво, НО ОБМАН ПРЕСУЦТВУЕТ)

Тут главное на просмотрах заработать, а результат мало кто захочет проверять. Но вот если взять старый советский паяльник пистолет, то эту идею можно реализовать. Там нагрев жала через низковольтный трансформатор. Думаю вы меня поймёте.

Всё норм, но такой паяльник не сможет нагреть столь массивную приблуду, тем более до красна, как это видно на первых двух скобах при припаивании

Это бред, хотя бы по тому что паяльник жало максимум нагревает до 450 градусов, а тут метал красный, да и вообще пластик паяется пластиком а скобы это фуфло

​@@user-jy7rl9xb7y Полностью с тобой согласен! Я лично использую горячие скобы чисто для фиксации трещин чтоб потом сварить пластиком, а скобы я убираю, в пластике не оставляю.

A good way to reinforce broken thermoplast pieces. They will never be good as new, but much better than broken. You can additionally seal the crack with a soldering iron to make it water tight again.

There's no way that the soldering gun could couple enough heat to even heat the wire enough to even work on a coke bottle without waiting for at least 30min per wire, you'd have more luck with the wire element style that you hook directly into the gun

I use a soldering iron, or a nice wood burner will work well also. And a nice assortment of wide tips for melting both sides at one time while using a zip tie to be the filler strip.

A detailed parts list would be a great addition to video

Remember for your future videos, you've got caught in red handed 😋 first two welding pins are clearly visible that is glowing red so heat gun dont have that much heat normally so you have heated those pins externally... If those pins aren't heating to the degree of plastic melting point then increase the contact area of those tiny contact points where heat is transferred to pins from the heat gun, but your presentation and style is awesome n videos are informative 👌♥️ #See & Build

It's easier to get a soldering pencil with a flat tip and then press a zip tie into the plastic and ACTUALLY weld the plastic together. Not only do you get a better weld but it usually is waterproof and alot less time consuming.

Конечно прав, так как через проволоку ток не проходит, площадь соприкосновения с приблудой у неё мизерная и + она надкушеная, то с какой стати ей разогреваться сильнее чем эта недонасадка на паяльник. Автор далеко не всё нам показал, обманщик

Безтолкова річ. Цей паяльник не зможе нагріти стільки металу та ще й скобу до такої температури, щоб вплавляти її в пластик. І доказ навіть в самому відео - автор не показує процесу нагрівання, а по перших двох скобах видно, що вони нагріті до "червона", а це явно не цим паяльником зроблено :) Робиться така річ простіше - потрібно знайти трансформатор понижаючий, і нагрівати скобу струмом, як у випалювачі по дереву

Nice try, but you spent too much time-consuming work to create/come up with a practical solution/functional application. You really tried; but in the end you didn't get to fix the whole length of the fracture on the plastic. You should try a hot glue gun.
