How to Make a Podcast People Want
The only thing people care about is that you are providing them value. Value can be anything from information, education, humor and anything else. The type of content you are producing isn't even as important as the quality of the value you are providing. The podcast you made for business awareness doesn't even need to be around your industry if that won't provide people value.

This strategy is GROSSLY underrated. Create content about something that has nothing to do with your business and you’ll be surprised how many people resonate with it.
For my high school students (seniors), I'm about to introduce them to the world of podcasting via some lesson plans... all include sound bites and clips of Mr. Gary Vee! Thank you sir!
I wanna start a gym business and document the journey there: from concept, to finance, to location, construction etc. Plan to do a podcast interviewing relevant experts along the way. *What do you think would be a good name* ?

Most video editing tools will give you the option to save a video as .mp3 or something, thus making it audio. Otherwise you can use free audio recording and editing tools - Audacity on Windows, GarageBand on Mac, and Anchor on mobile - to record only audio. No, you don't need a guest right away. Start trying by yourself, and make mistakes and learn from them. It's okay.
