In this video you will learn how to assemble a drywall drawer with two visible sides. We will use clip 18 profile, master f47 and waterproof plate.

The profiles:
They are galvanized steel profiles of the type dX51D and galvanized Z140 or Z275 that make up the framework of the load-bearing structure of the partition, lining and ceiling systems. Z140 galvanizing is for a non-aggressive indoor environment with light to medium permanent humidity. For areas with an aggressive environment, it would be the profiles with a galvanized Z450.

In many places we call it plasterboard, but plasterboard is a brand, its name is usually laminated plaster or also plasterboard.
These plates are composed of a plaster core with additives and covered on both sides with a cellulose sheet. Its manufacture is carried out through a continuous lamination process and according to the standard.
They have a visible face depending on the type of plate you need, it can be cream, green, pink, blue, yellow that allows any final finish. The hidden face usually has a brownish hue. To facilitate the treatment of joints, the longitudinal edges are tapered. The transverse edges are cut. But there is also a type of plate on the market that has all the sharpened edges.

Today we are going to cover this beam.
We will do it with a partition and a background.
We measure at one end and at the other to make it parallel to the wall.
We mark with a separation of the beam of about 2cm to be able to screw a U against the ceiling.
We place the laser in line with the markings.
We screw a profile on the line. I am going to take advantage of leftover pieces of profiles.
Now we set the laser for the bottom level.
We leave about 2 or 3 cm below the beam, so that later the master f47 passes.
We use clip profile 18 to then fit the f47 masters inside.
We screw it along the laser line.

We measure from the ceiling to the laser to cut the plasterboard, for the partition.
We placed them and screwed them to the top.

Estas placas están compuestas por un alma de yeso con aditivos y recubiertas por ambas caras con una lámina de celulosa. Su fabricación se realiza mediante un proceso de laminación continua y acorde a la norma. Disponen de una cara vista dependiendo del tipo de la placa que necesites, puede ser crema, verde, rosa, azul, amarilla que permite cualquier acabado final. La cara oculta suele tener un tono marrón. Para facilitar el tratamiento de juntas, los bordes longitudinales están afinados. Los bordes transversales son cortados. Pero también hay en el mercado un tipo de placa que trae todos los bordes afinados.

Como preparal pladu
Que máquina! Tengo una duda, tal y como lo has hecho el frontal de placa en vertical está sujetando la placa en horizontal verdad? ¿No es mejor colocarle canal clip al techo y trozos de f47 sujetando el canal clip en horizontal? No se de pladur por eso pregunto gracias fenómeno.

Muchísimas gracias ☺️ en tabicas con ese tamaño no hace falta meter perfiles. Aguanta perfectamente habría que ponerle si quieres colgar algo pesado de ahí o si la tabica fuera mucho mas ancha. Un saludo 👋
Muy buen trabajo. Enhorabuena. ¿Para pisos altos para tabicar completos de pladur y con dificultades para subir placas, sale rentable un elevador de mudanzas o mejor placas más pequeñas? Gracias

Muchísimas gracias ☺️. Si tienes la posibilidad de meter las placas enteras pues te es mejor. Luego te ahorras tiempo en el pasteado de las juntas trasversales. Pero bueno tienes que ver si te compensa el coste de pagar el elevador. Un saludo 👋

Este es un trastero aquí no hace falta gastar el dinero no nos va molestar el ruido. Si fuera para aislar si le pondría aislamiento abrir que separar un poco mas para el aislante. Un saludo 👋
