Hi this was by far the easiest uncomplicated way of making a piping bag. Simply superb. I would never manage to get it right. Finally came across your video today. Thank you.

It's a piping nozzle and can be purchased in any cake decorating shop. :)

Hi, parchment paper is also called baking paper and greaseproof paper. It is used to line tins for baking and can usually be found with tin foil in the supermarket. I hope this helps :)

We wouldn't recommend trying this with tin foil. As soon as you squeeze the cream in the foil, the foil will tear. We recommend using the piping bag or parchment paper.

Parchment paper is not an absolute necessity. If you don't have any on hand, just use one of these alternatives like a butter paper.
