Wow! I'm pretty new to blender, but every other tutorial that goes over this, basically glazes over it like it's "obvious" and doesn't need instruction. Lol Thanks a ton.

Great video! one question.. how come you are able to change the camera ratio by garbing the corners in camera view.. I notice when you were hovering over the Obj in 02:47

Also the bake feature on blender is the faster way than setting up cam first

I prefer this method to making normals, by using a camera simpy because of the flexibility that it brings. For example if I sculpt out a texture all I would need to do is drag my camera over the exact area I want to render where as with baking you'd have to add another UV map set, 1 for the whole image bake, and 2 for the selection you'd like to make. Also this way allows an easier adjustment to render scale without the need to create another image first. But yes you're correct baking does have it's advantages!

not beginner-friendly, a lot of the steps or used kb-shortcuts are unclear also going forth and back with inputs in a yt guide is confusing as hell

sadly i agree. Using shortcuts without telling the command is entirely unhelpful. I got stuck on the "shade smooth" part. idk what he pressed to create the search tab

Hi, FrostLockAK. The last question: how can i export this normal map? The rendering result looks terrible.

Screen is so small, I can't see what is where! This sounds so helpful, I would love to be able to try it, but I can't match steps without being able to see where I'm supposed to be at.

I currently only have one video I'm still learning as a creator and a designer I was just trying to help others learn something helpful. I'll keep this in mind in the future

@@frostlockak3994 The best solution is to add one of those programs that also records your keys/mouse presses on screen so you can place it somewhere in your video, this way you don't have to explain every short-cut(although it would be helpful)
