Its good attempt.But pay attention to input n output.Also make provision to proper feeding,proper adjustment of wheel,proper collection of dry grind to make it more effective.Great!!!! Keep on improving.!!!!!!!!

The idea shows promise, but it seems like your shroud isn't really working and you can't control the gap between the two plates in a precise manner. I got curious, and found this: kzread.info/dash/bejne/i2iuyrxphsy5fJc.html It seems like you could do the same, but mount your impeller directly to the grinder instead of using a shaft from the other side. As for feed rate control, you could probably use a sliding door method by putting a small plate flat into the neck of your hopper and pulling it out/pushing it in to control your feed rate. I'm not sure how helpful all this might be, but I wish you the best of luck with your next version.

I'm confused what is it your trying to make? To me it looks like its throwing rice around and every now no disrespect Im just wondering what its so post to be doing. If it's a grinder isn't so post to have some stones grinding ontop of each other is a good consept but you need something harder then wood try to stones putting a hole in one with a masonry bit and cut some groves in one or both and try that I think you will get better results just try and get a good hard one. That just my thought. Good luck and thanks for sharing with us😀

Thanks for your valuable opinion. what i thought was that wooden wheel grinders are for de-hulling/husking rice and stone/concreate wheels for grinding cereals to flour. Once again thank you very much for your suggestion and fr watching .

In that case try rubber it could hold the rice and the husks and pull them apart have you ever tryed vocanized rubber. Its heated rubber till its so hard different rubbers have different hardness the right one could work very well plus you can cut channels into the rubber they come already round on the other haft try forming HDPE recycled plastic when it spins one will counter act with the other the rice should go one away from the husks. Well best of luck on endeavor.

This was the ancient method they would use wooden hand grinder. It's very promising modification.
