    nice job , glad to see that im not the only one who remakes cheap plastic tools in wood, cheap plastic bevel square is another simple one to upgrade thats worth doing,

    Nice work Jack. I think you should get a 1/4 thick blade for the bandsaw for some tighter radius cuts.

    Hey Jack, that was very cool. A great way of saving some money. Having a smaller hand held saw for finer metal cut is a great addition to the shop hand tools. thought. .. what about making one to hold sawsall blades?

    Very useful, esp when working with pvc. Making it out of wood makes it seem more like a real tool than the cheap plastic ones.

    +Dingoart i think this one is made out of metal. not sure, but looks like it. but wood looks nicer and feels better. especialy in cold weather.

    Thank you, Jack. I've thought about this video since you first published it, but just made one of these for myself today. Mines white oak and I used brass rod to keep the blade from creeping out of the handle. A brass screw and wingnut clamp the blade in place. Nice!

    Hmmm, I always thought the hole in the blade was supposed to match up with the bolt in the handle....learn something new everyday. Nice looking handle!

    ***** Stain helps the look, but I don't if our fast growing construction grade pine works for any of that? Thin pieces flex or split, and handles get dinged up in seconds.

    Compre una sierra igual y al tenerla en mis manos fue una experiencia fenomenal nada comparada a la compra de la ingletadora.
