+sirHazen Thats odd.. Im not sure what was set in the premade bat but try changing it up/down by increments of 1024 (the two numbers in the start.bat). You could also try updating java

If you have craftbukkit, then get the bukkit one, if you have spigot, get the spigot one

You're not supposed to type ipconfig in the server. You're supposed to open CMD and type ipconfig there to obtain your IPV4 address and default gateway to portforward the server. You don't need to type anything pertaining to that in the server

Just put your IPv4 address in but for other players will be the default IP.
