on the first step ...i think it that kind of foam florist use to make flower stick up (floral foam??)

I think thats a really thick EVA Rubber foam.

@@sofealiyana2241the floral foam would immediately dissolve or absorb too much water without drying. the foam in question per making mascots could be EVA foam

dark gray material called polyethylene foam. It also comes in white and pink. It has a different thickness from 1 to 5 cm and more.

This head is made of black polyethylene foam. I glued the boards with rubber glue and used boards 5 cm thick.

@@ashleymcdougall8107 I buy ETHAFOAM | STRATOCELL large sheet 1x2 m. It all depends on the size of the head. If it remains, then I will use it in the future. Therefore, I can not say exactly how much is needed for 1 head.
