He is a licensed Architect..From floor plan and layout, the perspective of the house is made into an actual model..Everything is made according to specifications and scaled..Including the electrical layout..only an architect can do this..But i wish to see his face..☺

He makes it looks so easy. Im pretty sure itll take me 10 mins to cut a single strip 😑

I have built many scale model buildings: Houses, Churches, Schools, Multi-Family, etc. Not once did I make any with reinforced concrete. I have used lightweight Spackle on topographic models to smooth out the contours. Your detail with metal rods, forms, and mortar mix is amazing. The creative use of different materials yielded spectacular end results. Working wooden doors, patio sliders, lighting, and swimming pool put this build over the top.

This building will actually pass inspections!!! Awsome!

After watching this video i want to build my own mini house too 😍
