es mejor, una rasperry pi3, una bateria lipo o si quieres un rail en plan sacar y meter una powerbank, el DIY lo es todo, ademas este proyecto no te lo recomiendo hacer, es mas accesible mas controlable, manejable, editable una rasperry pi 3, si quieres hacerte uno busca videos hay muchos! , (TIP: mezclalo con arduino para poder hacer mas proyectos)
