I tried my first ventilation and i think it was a success😂🌚 a few mistakes here and there but i was able to make a 4 x 4 closure. I will try a kim k 2 x 6 next🎉

Lovely.....u said we should fold the hair for ventilating into two equal part.... won't the closure come out short if we do so?

Yes, fold into two equal parts only if you’re trying to achieve a SDD ventilated closure. For instance, you want a SDD 10” closure, you should use either a 22” or 20” hair. If you’re not trying to achieve a SDD closure, fold hair 2 to 3” away from the wefts. I hope this was helpful.

Her method is 1 on 1. She says that after each hair she ventilate she skips a hole and the slant she skips a line

Take for instance, a client has 2 bundles of 200g 12 inches straight hair, will it be enough to get a 5by5 closure ventilated from it and still make a full wig?

2 strands 100g is enough but you might not need all if the hair is SDD

Please is this method versatile and can it be used to style the closure as both a C- curve parting as well as a straight line parting?
