@@CS5UNMASKED whether all regular black clothing or Grayish/Greyish charcoal black clothing either way you're going with some sort of black 4 part 8 Jason Voorhees costume!

Nice touch with the "I love new york" mug. Part 6, 7 and 8 are my favorites and you make them look spot on. Also i actually have both versions of part 8 posters framed and on my wall along with part 7. Btw, uber Jason X or cyber Jason would be the ultimate challenge to make

This is obviously one of the harder costumes to replicate, due to a lot of exposed body, but you honestly did absolutely amazing and made it extra movie accurate.

I wouldn’t say it’s more difficult to cosplay but if you compare his $25.00 Part 7 Costume it’s a lot more damaged and heavily torn apart compared to his Part 7 costume, the outfit in Jason Takes Manhattan (1989) is a complete downgrade to Jacqueline Johnson and John Carl Buechler’s work on Jason’s physical appearance design in A New Blood (1988).

finally! I wanted to make a part 8 cosplay this Halloween (hopefully the covid 19 thing is solved by then) this was very helpful! I thinking of getting a hood from the devils latex and even though I made my own hock for Halloween I got a more accurate one for some comic cons, great video!! (Edit : I got a better hood from sculpt or die)

Bro ur videos are so cool and bring me so much inspiration. I’m a huge, and I mean huge fan of Friday the 13th. I literally have a corner in my closet of just Friday the 13th stuff including a part 6 action figure, 2 full face jason hoods, part 5 and 6 hockey masks, clothes and accessories for being jason, and a foot tall action figure of part 3 jason. Keep making great content!

Part 7 is my favorite friday the 13th other than part 4 but I do have a bit of nostalgia for it because it was the first one I saw other than freddy vs jason which I also enjoyed

Wow this looks so accurate! Great costume! By the way I see you are a fan of other things other than Friday the 13th. I love Jason costumes but what about Michael Myers or Ghostface costumes? Usually they have the same mask and costume but still it would be pretty neat! If you can’t do this then that’s okay just a suggestion. But great job!

I liked this film personally, I know its mostly on a boat but he just looks so cool and its interesting seeing jason in a different place other than camp crystal lake

A bit late, hoping you might answer my question. They are sold out of wet. But do you think aliphatic polyurethane is essentially the same thing? I need to make four costumes looks wet similar to your Jason and thought of using silicone but saw your video and looked at the WET product you used and looks like it might just be aliphatic polyurethane. Do you think that is what it is? Or was there more to what you used?

Hi CS5, i was planning on cosplaying as this iteration of Jason for halloween this year. but what i wanted to ask is, if while you were using the silicone for the rotten flesh on the morph suit/undergarments, did the silicone seep through the material? i was gonna try this technique for the exposed skin on some kind of undergarments, but i was worried that if the silicone would seep through the clothes and actually make contact with my skin, which i dont want to happen because it has come to my attention that silicone is a skin irritant. having sensitive skin, i would hate for the costume to have me break out in some kind of rash, and not be able to use it again. i would really appreciate it if youd let me know.

Some of the silicone did come through a bit but only on the parts that I pushed really hard. Before I wore the suit I allowed it to dry for several days and then I turned it inside out and allowed it to dry for 2 more days just to be sure. I do know some people might have an reaction to it but I never did. I had wore the suit 4 times for about an hour each time and everything was fine but I did start to sweat a lot and my sweaty skin felt kinda gross rubbing against the silicone parts. A lot of Halloween masks you buy at the stores are made from silicone and they instruct that you clean them with warm water before and after use drying them properly before you put it on. The best suggestion I can give to you is use some old clothing that you don't want rather than a morph suit like some old pajamas kinda like I did in my part 7 costume tutorial. I hope this helps :-)

Hey CS5, Great video! Quick question, I'm replicating this and having some issues with using the rivet gun. What size rivets do you use? The largest I found at Lowes was 3/16th, and they seem too small for my holes from the previous rivets that were there before I took them out. I notice the holes you have in the mask are smaller than the other ones.. perhaps this is my issue, all of mine are the same size.

I got some Wet out of motivation of your version of your part 8 I as well am doing mine it doesn’t refer to the sense that it can be used on fabric but you did it and saw the video so I just figured it would work but wanted your opinion as to how are you figured it worked

Part 8 was the second f13 film I watched about 7 years ago I'm 14 now this costume looks soon cool with the wet clothes affect
