Thanks! Enjoyed watching! Surprised that teh PVC Threads are enough to take the strain. How about a video on removing and re-attahing the FEL on a Kubota b7800? I've never taken mine off! Fearing I'll never get it back on!

This is a great idea. I wrap the connector with a rag and tap the nipple firmly against a flat piece of frame. The oil is absorbed by the rag. NO mess and no cost. Though this would work.

that is a well made unit, on my todoo list when I get some hyd attachments. will make it out of metal for me on my mill

I built a clamp that forces the couplings together instead of wasting hydraulic fluid.

This is such a great idea. I struggle frequently with this issue. Does the PVC really provide enough strength to release the pressure?

Yes, I believe so. I have not had to use it that often only time will tell.

Its the female coupling that is still a problem holding pressure even after clearing the male

No, I have never had that issue. It’s always the male side problem for me.

The female couple for loaders are on the tractor. Actuate your valves with the tractor and thus the pump off and they should zero out.
