Yesssssssss, my husband and I was reminiscing about going to Guilou beach, just to enjoy the FRESH conch & coconut water when we were younger. The good old days. Awesome memories!

That black flesh needs to come out sweetie and tenderizing it in a machine is sacrilege for me. I don't know any Islanders who eat their conch with that black skin on, we always clean ours to expose the white flesh. I know it's a preference thing. See you got that music going on... remember that it is high in cholesterol and children shouldn't eat it because it's known as an aphrodisiac... It looks good, enjoy!

Thanks for commenting sweetie! Like you said it is one preference! I am from the Caribbean, so I end up removing it but I forgot to mention it! If you watched the video you would see the black skin was off before I grilled the conch. I also mentioned on the video that it was for my husband and I! By the way, I ate stew & grilled conch growing up and it never made me horny! Aphrodisiac? It is all in once mind! Thanks again!
