You get 2 images, one of the cat's mouth closed and one that is opened. And in your editor you just add them whenever you talk to give it the illusion that it is talking.

select the move tool and drag it down to the hand position if its a diffrent rotation select the rotation tool

select the monkey and on the left hand side click rotate or move and the limbs should change you can adjust it how you want
