Thank you for a great video. When I hand sew my binding on to the back, I do more of a ladder stitch so no thread can be seen.

I've done that as well, but find this is a stronger stitch. And with tiny stitches and matching thread, the stitches are fairly invisible. ❤️

I havent seen much of this 2.5 inch strip binding fabric available in the places I shop. You have a slight advantage being able to purchase direct from AGF. The rest of us have to hunt for a AGF dealer and hope they stock what we are looking for. Any chance you'd carry some in your shop? ❤

I don't carry fabric on the bolt for sale - I only sell fabric for a few kits per year. But I have found that San Diego Sewn and Fat Quarter Shop both have some. ❤️

BTW, wanted to mention that I saw your boxed bag templates for sale and a couple of patterns at 2 quilt shops when I did a just for fun day of quilt shop exploring. 😀 I was happy to see that!

How wide of strip is the backing/binding beyond the top?

? Why did you not trim thst edge and turn it toward the front??

Because this creates a fuller binding.
