I make frittatas frequently for brunch, and instead of fresh bell peppers I used roasted red peppers, which add a nice flavor and color, too.
Frittata is the most common food at home when I don't have much time but want something delicious and nutritional! It's actually a unique dish as you can experiment with whatever fillings you want and the result always will be scandalous 🤤
In the language of food, the word FRITTATA translates into FEED THE FAMILY! ...As you mention, Frittatas can incorporate endless ingredients...all are delicious and welcomed as hearty breakfast/brunch when family is gathered. ...Very nice recipe video. Thank you.

I made this today...took some license with the ingredients to use up some things I had in the fridge. Also added some Johnsonville Maple Sausage Strips (chopped and cooked) so it isn't all veggies. Really delicious. I really appreciate John's channel. Being a one-person household, you sometimes get in a rut with what you prepare for meals. With John's recipes, I think....hmmmm.....I haven't made that in a while....this has really brought more variety to my meals, the recipes are not hard, and everything can be split into portions for future meals. Love this channel, John! Thank you!!!

Brah just look up como hacer tortillas de harina, and you will get the real Mexican recipe( from someone who lives in Mexico) but I gotta say that if he does it it might turn out pretty well plus his Mom is from Mexico

Ive been trying to find these kinds of videos because im divorced and have 6 children at home. i use 3 pans to cook meals and 7 rice cookers. my children LOOOOVE to eat. h-heh….
I've never had a frittata but you made it look so easy! If using meat like a Canadian bacon, do I saute it with the veggies or just add before the egg mixture is poured in? My son is a carnivore & if I tried to serve him this without meat, he'd think I was putting him on a diet😆

Looks so good, all my favourite veggies. I’ve just recently discovered that Swiss chard is what we call Silverbeet here in Australia and New Zealand.
