Hmmmmmmm !! Gee Wizzz !! I must have went to sleep and missed the part about free energy !!

The generator isn't woking right because it needs a high value capacitor in parallel with the output wires to act as a reservoir to buffer the erratic output form the motor. Allso, a larger wheel would translate to higher RPMs and thus higher voltage for a brighter light or you could keep same wheel but add a second generator to the wheel and daisy chain the two together in series (black to red) to double your output voltage per RPM and be much brighter (but don't forget a current limiting resistor like 220 Ohm in series with LED to not burn out LED. Hook up a really big capacitor with an on/off switch for the LED you can store power and it will act as a more stable rechageable flashlight.
