That’s one heck of a busted knuckle Chris! What happened? MagnaFlow exhaust always seem to sound better. All the added complications for different sounds - when I want my exhaust to sound different I roll down my window or crank up the stereo! Another nice shop video. I noticed that instantly too! True mechanic hands right there. Some people ask us why we almost never wear mechanics gloves, and my personal reason is because I can't "feel" what I'm doing/touching. I know they make the fingerless gloves too, but I just don't like gloves period.

Wow Chris it's to bad you just can't go through the take a plasma cuter and cut everything out and remove all the Suspension out the engine and transmission then turn around put Dana 60s front and rear C6 transmission and 1 of Ford heavy transfer case a supercharged Cobra engine. Then you have real off road vehicle. But I know Kevin and Brittany won't do that but it sounds really cool me. The smartest thing Ford has done in in the last 5 years is re-label the F series from 150 to 750, it’s such a simple thing that customers understand . The only flaw in that design was not giving F350’s and up dully’s the F 650/750 cab. If you’re going to be that wide in the rear, then match the cab in the front, enough of the front fender flares. Nobody ever complained about having a cab that was too big.

So in "quiet" mode you use less than full throttle and in "sport" mode you use full throttle???? @13:40 (notice the tach)

IMO there is nothing anyone can do to make fords twin turbo v6 sound good. When I see a Raptor of any kind and it has a v6 tone they're kinda wimpy even with open headers or straight piped. Just my opinion on it though. Good exhaust sound is in the eye of the owner lol.

For the same price as I'd have to pay for that exhaust, I could have a 90's XJ and it would sound exactly the same! Then I'd have the rest of the jeep for free! I know the camera doesn't do justice, but ya, it sound's like a polished turd over the internet. Also, looks like you've been hanging around Busted Knuckles too long. Ouch!

This is equivalent to putting a new exhaust on a street bike trying to make it sound like a Harley, just ain’t happening. No equivalent to the exhaust of a V8. Brings new meaning to “I should’ve had a V8”😂

Let’s start the list of parts F150 can not share / scale with Bronco, rims, spindles, calipers, rears, all suspension, seats, steering wheel, steering box. On and on and on. A very hardy chuckle from Sandy Munro…

I personally think magnaflow are cheap and they sound hollow and ratly. Where is flowmaster, they need to come back.

exhausts on 4 bangers or v6 just don't sound good to me. but i also came up in the v8 world so there is that.

The current bronco requires way to much work and money spent on it to ever be more than a soccermom mallcrawler,,, tho from what have seen chris and beck has the abilities to be pull it off, even if bronco not worth it

Let us take a different tack can Bronco share part #’s with Explorer,, no. Can Expedition share part #’s with F’ series , no. This is a mess that cannot scale, this is a really big problem. can E series swap part#’s with Transit/ F series, hell no hence the point of can not scale.can Transit connect, swap part #’s to Bronco, good luck with that. We are at 10, of thousands of different part #’s by now.

This video, is the example of I don’t understand why Ford even made this vehicle, adding a 1000 new part #’s. In design, I would leverage the F150, and cut 3 feet of it, “pencil’s down” done, with a 1000 less part #’s. Leveraging scale in sales, going from worst to first a stock B150, B250, B350 in existing part #’s X 1000. On full frame, the 1992 “Eddie Bower” Bronco laughs at you. This build is a waste of time, it will never scale to sales of the F series & price point of scale that US customers can afford, even in strip model.

I understand your main goal is to push products for manufacturers who pay your bills, but how about you build an old CJ with leaf springs, D44 axles, a 304 with a manual transmission that will wheel alongside other more modern Jeeps ? Not everyone can afford to deck their own Jeep's out with all the high dollar stuff. I wanna see Kevin drive it and see just how good he is without all the expensive goodies ! I Double Dog Dare y'all ! 😝

FIRST !

Sounds terrible. V6s should be left quit . A four cylinder sounds better with a loud exhaust. An inline 6 doesn't sound too bad with a louder exhaust. But a V6 .......nope , terrible.

Sounds wimpy.nothing like the dodge.

Magnaflow is the best but that sounds horrible.
