I almost purchased a stand alone floor lamp that had a crystal lampshade similar to this. The stationary gooseneck lamp frame is 5 ft. high and it bends over to the side at the top. The lampshade hangs suspended from the gooseneck The complete lamp was priced at $120!! I think this tomatoes cage idea will work beautifully for the shade. I'll just pick up a floor lamp frame from goodwill and purchase a tomatoes cage to create the shade! Thank you for the idea!!

Absolutely fabulous. Looks like something you'd buy from wild things for alot of money. I'd love to make this, but would want to try and put some lighting in it so it could be used anywhere.

The best and the easiest chandelier I have seen to date. I am doing a 70th birthday party in December. There are these hanging heaters that I want it to cover and I think this is going to be beautiful if I can't cover them at least I can allow for some attention distraction with the chandelier's.
