Dude... this was torture. Such good content but that horrendous nonsensical xylophone made me look for another video.
Great video, thank you for this. Been searching for a few days and best explanation I can find
Good instruction, thanks. Screen recording next time please.

Fuck you
Great video... The music was too relaxing... I've nodded off 6 times already
I like the music. Which artist & song did u use?
I found it hard to listen to with that music.
Mother of Christ, that music was like the soundtrack to Hell's waiting room.
is there any updated videos on this subject? Cheers and thanks.
can we do that with a another free program?!

Yoo what's the best dual head setup under 1200
I have a creatbot dual extruder, every time I try to print in 2 colors, the 2nd color is shifted over 1/8 of an inch. It does not line up with the 1st color, any ideas how to fix, thanks

You need to adjust they x,y of the 2nd extruder in printer menu
What if you have a dual extrude with a different material that you will dissolve later??

In your slicer set the support to a different nozzle
What print is that by the way 🤔

Waaay too much compression is one of the reasons I guess. Sounds a little weird.
You didn`t show how to aplly or set it on MetterControl software
Difficult to see what exactly you are doing on the screen, an updated video screen capture with the latest software would be most appreciate. Thank you for this video though. I'm a little bit closer to what I'm looking for.
This is like $4,000 a year. Is there a free version?

The printer is a MakerGear with dual extrusion www.matterhackers.com/store/c/makergear- The separate accessory is the Mosaic Palette+: www.matterhackers.com/store/l/mosaic-pallet/sk/M8AE9Z10
7:13 it can see us
why u always assume 2 extruders mean 2 colors? I always wanted to have dual extruders for differential printing: 1mm nozzle for building up fast and strong external structures / infills of the part and 0.4mm for fine detail (faces, logos, cavities for nuts, etc); that case is not covered at all by these videos

also dissolvable filaments for removing supports in odd places
@lordogaming
2 жыл бұрын
@@knownchild you just set the support to be the other nozzle and load the dissolvable filament into that extruder
you go through all that and then don't show how to export the damn thing? what's the point.... how do you export this so it opens up properly in cura? I can't figure it out.
Amogus
you need to tell people how to buy the machines and get the software you are using in your comments!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You can find all the 3D printers that we carry here: www.matterhackers.com/store/c/printer-kits and the software that Alec is using is called Netfabb. We've also added this to the video description - thanks!
Much easier and less expensive to make a dual extrusion print with Blender x Slic3r...Thumbs down.
