In this jewelry making tutorial, you will learn how to make a DIY chain anklet using cut chain, a clasp, and a couple jump rings. Yes! But it's funny because I swear I bought it at an antique fair and yet my husband swears he has had it from before we met. It is a constant battle of who found it.
