@@apmods9862 Hi! I have been looking all over: hobby shops, plumbing supplies, roofing supplies, tire repair shops, and have not found the sheet of rubber you used for the tire. Is there anywhere else I could look? Thanks.

where to get a rubber sheet with an adhesive base? What is it from? Soundproofing, some kind of sealant?

Yes mate it is a 3mm rubber sound insulation for automotive.

I have cut some random wheels and used the rings to make a deep dish . This way is easier to get right size rings for the job. I hope this makes sense to you.

Honestly mate I didn’t buy it. I have it from my workplace, we using it on fuel tanks to stop from vibration. I will find out and will let you know .
