2 points: first off, i shoot plastic baits, and one of the molds i have is a 5" jerkbait with a recess for an eye. the recess is the perfect size for the small googley eyes at walmart and i love using them for that. second, i just want to say. ive been watching marling baits for a while, and he is an artist. its art. it makes me want to make my own, but ive had the creativity beat out of me as a child. ive recently in the past month found your channel is very analytical, and numbers driven. that i understand. that im good at. i can relate to these videos.

As an old fly tier who has been around fly tying his entire life, i love watching a master build a lure. If I wanted to build a couple of lures for my son, your instructions have made that very possible for sure! Also, I really like your work shop. I could loose track of time in there and would not know if the world blew up around me!!😂😂😂😂😂😂

Really enjoying the content Franco 👍please could you make a simple torpedo style glide bait for us all on the laithe? A 6"-7" would be perfect for musky & pike, if the shape was kind of a bulbed head tapering down & a simple cut off back end 👍 would be really interested too see how you go about getting the right too left sweeping glide action into it! Keep up the good work my friend 👏

Back to basics, I like it. I may do one just for fun, the coffee bean lure not likely😉. I thought you might incorporate the bristles and make a tail and make your lip from the metal part that holds the bristles. Thanks for an interesting build. Still waiting for you to build a darter.
