You have solved the puzzle for keeping the boards flat. I built the Penner jig and have been trying to figure out how to modify it. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I used melamine and copied Marius Hornberger's ring glue up design on the base kzread.info/dash/bejne/fZqGzLhuqKrIe7Q.html so that I can use it for multiple purposes and save a little space in my workshop aka garage - thanks to all three for great ideas and sharing them

neat clamp yes, but racist flag --- don't see what so rogue about confederate racist sore losers. Little boys told they can't do something, so that's exactly what they insist on doing...Not saying the north wasn't and isn't racist too...

Craig Blanchard , great idea, i thought the same thing only i use a past3 wax prior to glue up so they pop right off leaving my lexan glass pristine, no need to sand off glue, sanding actually creats more surface area for glue to adhere to when you think it through

Dude - put an exit guard on your sleds... I know this is an old video but for the kids out there who maybe just caught it - it's way too easy to forget where the blade is going to come out the back of your sled. A box guard will save your thumbs and fingers.
