OMG that mixer, I would love to make that amount of cakes in one go. I’m going to make a Christmas cake this weekend, but Thank you for the tip about room Temperature eggs, I always keep them in the fridge so I will take them out for about two hours before will that be ok.xx you make it look so easy.
